New in Canada, the Edwards model HPST2375 Rotary Draw Bender comes powered by a 120 Volt, Single Phase Motor which means, you can plug it pretty much anywhere.

 

This Dual cylinder rotary draw style tube and pipe bender is Edwards’ first non-Ironworker machine to include PowerLink source. It does 180° bends in one shot, to save you time; it accepts Baileigh’s extensive line-up of Bender Dies to bend Schedule 40 Pipe, Round and Square tubing.

 

The Edwards RDB comes with heavy-duty wheels and casters, it has an auto-stop and most importantly it is made in the USA. Technical Support and parts are available with one phone call or email.

    • Dual cylinder rotary draw bending eliminates the need to reset and re-pin the die mid bend.
    • Reduces fabrication time
  • Open Style Drop on Tooling: 
    • Minimizes friction and alleviates material deformation.

  • Same dies as Baileigh rotary draw benders:
    • Hundreds of dies are ready to ship, and custom dies are available in special order.
  • Built on Mobile Steel Cart:
    • Heavy duty casters and wheels and a higher ground clearance from the previous version allow the bender to be easily moved for use.
  • Auto-Stop:
    • Auto-Stop feature is included for repeatable bends.  Ideal for production environments.
