    The RAMS 24-28 Pittsburgh Machine is designed for forming Pittsburgh locks in sheet metal up to 28 gauge mild steel. It comes equipped with drive cleat rolls and a power flanger attachment, which can form a 7/32" right angle flange on straight or curved pieces. The machine features a 1/2 H.P. electric motor, Torrington needle bearings, hardened steel components, and outboard shafts for additional profiles. The power flanger has an adjustable auto-guide to maintain consistency in bends.

    • It has an adjustable “auto-guide”, which can be set to automatically hold the metal for turning the flange on both a radius or a straight piece.
    • This unit features Torrington Needle Bearings, hardened and ground shafts.

    • The unit comes with a 1/2 H.P. electric motor, 115/208-230V, 5.4 AMPS 60 cycle single phase.
    • We use Torrington Needle Bearings and hardened steel components throughout, 62 Rockwell.
    • This unit features outboard shafts to produce three auxiliary profiles, not offered by other manufacturers.
    • The cabinet and optional stand are heavy gauge steel with a Hammertone Green Finish.
